Call to my cell phone. Caller ID said "Maryland". I picked up because I know people in the area code. After I picked up a voice (sounded computer generated) just said hello and then there was dead air.

I didnt pick up the phone, caller didnt leave a message. I added the number to my blocked list.

I didn't know the caller, said Maryland. No message left

Echo what they said above. I answered, I got a strange "Hello?" and an immediate hang up. I called back but the call would hang up before connecting.

Not sure if I put this under the right category, but what an eerie phone call.. sounded automated but wasn't.. I got cold chills from the moment he spoke, and found others had reported this call as well, after.. feeling unsafe.
