Survey huh? Well try the FTC as I did. Call 1-888-382-1222 and add your phone and cell numbers to the do not call list. File a complaint like I did and as see them run.

Has called multiple times in the last month for a survey for the MN dept of health. Several times they claimed our number would be removed but this time, the caller became rude and harassing, claiming that my number can't be removed because this is a government survey. In essence, he implied that I have to participate because the government is in charge. Jerk!
