called. The recorder comes on after 4 rings and picks up. I did NOT answer. Then they hung up. Looked up this number 301-329-0898.
It said that this is a TELEMARKETER. DO NOT ANSWER.

Automatic recorder offers lower interest rate (6.9%) on existing credit card balance. It is a scam with the intent to steal card information from you. They even look up the balance on a card by calling the bank themselves while keeping you waiting on another line. Don't fall for it!
