They called and they somehow keep caller ID from showing their whole number.

Rec'd two calls today, lst I've seen this number, only shows phone number and Owings, MD., but other sites report this as spam, credit card offers, etc. I am on DNC list, but apparently nothing stops these calls anymore. Entire year has been unwanted telemarketers and now getting those IRS calls.
