Calls my cell phone and claims to be PEPCO. Number one: I do not buy my electricity from PEPCO, and number two: the company from which I purchase my electricity does not have my cell phone number. This number me once and sometimes twice a day.

This number is calling my phone everyday. No message is ever left. When I call the number back it just rings and rings.
