They called me and then stated that I took out a payday loan in 2012. They told me I would be arrested and taken to court if did not pay. I checked my bank account and called the fraud department of my bank. I did not take a loan out. I checked my credit report and nothing was on it from this creditor. Everything on line states it is a scam.

Yes said they reciieved a complaint either be sent to my house or to my job kept leaving me on hold

They just tried to call me and told me i was going to be served with papers ,for a quick loan that i received money into a bank account that i dont even have the lady was rude and told me that she dont need to listen to me hen all i was doing was asking what this was about . Did call them back talked to another lady which seemed to be nicer , once again after i started asking question then she too got rude . I will be sure to have with these low life's once i receive another call

Received a message on answering machine that I was to call them back because they had a warrant to serve me and needed my address. Well, seems to me if they are so all-fired in serving me the warrant, they would already have my address.
