They've called me too! I have two cell phones... One for work and one for personal - they've hit both of them. No voicemail ever. If they are collecting a debt, shouldn't they leave a VM?

It's a debt collector. I just called them back and it's legit.
They call me at least 6 times a day, never leave a voicemail. If this is a debt collection, who do they work for?
They call 3-5 x's a day. Even though their # is blocked they continue to call
Have called me 30 times in the last two days, 90 times last week. This is ridiculous and never once had a voicemail.
