He calls about 10 times a day and then hangs up everytime every says hello first

When I answered the phone they started taking about how they could reduce my car insurance. I guess they didn't do much research when starting an obvious scam of sorts because I don't own a car. I hung up when they wanted to "ask me some questions."

I just got my phone number yesterday and already I've been contacted 3 times between yesterday and today. They call I say Hello and no reply after several attempts of say Hello. Then the phone hangs up. I tried to call back up phone states not a good phone number and hangs up on me.
