A recorded voice message was left saying I might be entitled to a refund (it did not state for what). I called back to find out what the call was about. A machine answered, saying it was the federal opt-out number and to press 1, 2, or 3 for various opt-out options. I pressed "3" and I was then advised I needed to provide my SSI number to verify my identity. I did not provide it, and hung up.
