Something that important wouldn't take place over the phone. Plus I would know by now with how many times he has called me over the months with different phone numbers. Something about I give up my rights or to that affect...At the end of the day, SEND MONEY NOW is my guess. I read that a lot of Millennials and elderly folks do send money over the phone. How sad.
