call to landline and left message stating that my computer with Windows10 and Microsoft was in danger for identity theft and I needed to call 3023169259 immediately to prevent this action.
302-316-9259 Call came at 7:30pm and was recorded with a msg as explained in other report about my Windows going obsolete. I have had many of these calls, mostly all from different numbers. Some appear to be local with names of people that exist in the local phone book. Some leave the same kind of msgs, most do not. It ID's as Alexender Tech
302 316 9259 was posted on my phone as the last number that called my line. I called the number, expecting to get the usual "the number you called is not in service". Instead, I got a recording saying I had reached "Windows Security Help Center", They told me to turn my computer on. I told them I was not near my computer but to call me on my other line. They fell for the bait and I gave them the number for my "other line". Which is the local FBI office. I use this procedure with all the crooks and I suggest you look up your local FBI office ( or police non-emergency number ) and keep it handy when dealing with phone or on line crooks.
This number has been identified as a SCAM/FRAUD in the White Pages - BLOCKED
