The man on the phone said I owed money on a loan I didn't even get! He said if I didn't pay legal papers would be submitted to court. DO NOT GIVE THIS PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. This is a scammmm!

I told the lady on the phone that the phone call was being recorded and that anything she said could be used in a court against her. She chuckled and said that she was not calling for me, but for someone else and immediately hung up. She never even aloud me to give her the Complaint Number.

Just called them back to see what company name they would give and now they won't answer.

Got a call from a lady who said I had an old pay day loan from 2012 and they were going to garnish my checks. She wouldn't provide the name of the originating company or the name of the company she was calling from. I explained to her IF I had a legit bill I would pay it but I didn't even have a loan in 2012. And if she sent me paperwork I could look into it. She said to check my email . She called my work number, told her to remove it from their system.
some company called asset processing?

Said they were calling for Greenwood Co and that I needed to pay 550 or they would take me to court for 950. Told them I'd see them in court. No idea who Greenwood Co is.

A recorded message left a voicemail saying I was the respondent to a complaint, and then something about legal action. Who the heck are these guys??

I got an automated call saying i need to call back this number with my attorneys number to discuss some pending litigation with a case number of 81116. I called and got a recording that it was after office hours and to call back later.

It was a female saying I owe Westlake LLC $900 and wanted me to pay full amount or I would have to go to court. They gave me a old address of mine but when I said I would meet them in court. I asked for her name and company. She ended the call without getting my new address or any information
