Attempt to collect a fraudlent bill from ID theft

they were very rude and nasty at first contact. Very unprofessional and harassing.

Told person on the phone that the individual they wanted didn't live at this residence they DEMANDED that I provide them with information for the person they wanted, I declined and they were very rude and threatening. Explained that further calls constituted harassment and they threatened to continue calling until they were given a number to contact the individual they are looking for. DO YOUR OWN JOBS and leave the innocent alone!
BTW - this is Pinnacle Financial.
