I get calls from this number at the least 2 or 3 times a day. They hang up after you say hello. It is annoying. They call in the daytime and late at night.

This is a marketing company for Bank of America that really doesn't care about when they call or if you get connected to a real person or not. They are well known for after hours calls and automated dialing that doesn't connect you with a real person even after you answer. I can't speak to their representation of other clients beyond B of A. They actually have one number listed where you can at least leave a message even though the voice mail has no greeting. That number is 302-750-8578 and is for their Director of Technical Services (i.e. maybe the guy who setup their auto dialer).

Calls and leaves some lame robo message. Retards.
