Phone rings, answer it, nobody there. This happens over and over. How can I block this number on my cell and house phones??

I just received a call from 302-394-6876 a few minutes ago. The computerized voice that left me a voicemail was offering me an interview. Not once was the company stated. This is ridiculous!

This number called my house about energy savings. He then told me I needed to pay a $75 fee in order to get the money. Asking for bank info and account numbers so I hung up. This guy then blocked the number and called me back twice and told me he would rape and murder me along with the rest of my family. I filed a police report but nothing can be done because if you call the number back it says "mailbox" full. Police cannot prove he made threats if they cannot contact company back. Bullsh*t!!! Don't answer calls from this number. SCAM SCAM!
