Recorded message about my credit card account - no problems but may be able to 'lower interest rates'. Waited on phone for a person ... she said her name was Jill, didn't know who 'Heather' was ... they 'service' accounts, but of course she couldn't identify me or my credit card accounts ... when I asked for the name of the company and and address, she hung up. I tried reverse phone look-up; and "Peerless Network of Delaware, LLC" came up as the provider ...
