A female recorded voice identified herself as being with "carholder services." Told me it was my last chance to lower my interest rate to 1% to 3%.

This is yet another call from Credit Card Services. Fourth or so call this week. My caller ID recorded "Lower Interest" as the caller. I am getting so tired of receiving these calls. I block every number that comes in but this company already has called my residence with 12 differenct phone numbers in several area codes. Why can't the FCC do something about this abuse??? I now have all of my friends reporting this company as well. I file a complaint each time now I get a call. I have had two TODAY. This is absurd. What can I do to stop them? What can YOU do to stop them???????

fake low interest credit cards or loans or fake contests. They call every day. usually is a recording, if operation is present and you question them, they are rude.
