It always has to do with credit cards and lowering rates...because I have answered these calls before and now know they are telemarketers I no longer answer them. I have my cell phone numbers and home number listed with Do Not Call yet still receive them. I thought that was supposed to help us from getting unwanted, unsolicited phone calls. Please do something to shut these people down!

Claims to be able to lower my interest rate on my credit card. Cannot opt out even thought they provide a press 3 to stop calls. Doesn't work. I have been getting this calls for over a year now. When you press 1 to talk to someone they hang up when you ask to be removed from list.
