recording from "Credit Card Company" (worst company name ever) claims they want to lower your credit card interest rate. Bogus.

Female voice stated that I was eligible for interest rate reduction on my credit card.... The only thing is I don't have a credit card ..scam..phishing for my personal information.
Woman's voice on recording talking like I was the one who placed the call & stated if I reached that number in error, please hang up.
I wasn't the one who called that fake number, that fake cell phone number called me.
Other complaints on other web sites state caller wants your credit card info for a fake lowering you interest - scam
