A rep from this company called and asked for someone that does not work here anymore and i informed him of that. He then proceeded to ask me what my boss name was, i told him her first name but was not obligated to give out anymore information. I asked them what this was in regards to and he said its a matter that he has to talk to my boss about??? I told him since he was unable to give me a reason he was asking for her name when in the first place he did not call and ask for her directly. I informed him that he was being rude and he said NO you are the one being rude and i then hung up on him. So he called back immediately, i didnt answer and the voice mail picked up. He could have left a message if it was important and my boss would have returned his call. I am very upset with they way i was treated. i was told not to give out information if the caller was UNWILLING to give me their information.
