Really rude, we told this guy from Simms Associates at least 3 times that we didn't know his caller. They are obviously guessing because we have the same last name. He said we should pay our bills and identify ourselves when people call. Geez, he should know who he's calling first. I hung up, he called back 2 more times. So desperate these zoomie debt collectors.

I have been contacted by several different reps from this company. I started working with one of the reps and then they took it upon themselves to just draft a payment from my account on a day I told them not to. I asked them not to contact my place of employment and for awhile I started getting calls from them daily at work until I finally got rude. They keep saying the credit card is going on my credit report while guess what it is already on my credit report. I also found out they buy old outstanding accounts in attempt to get paid for themselves. I refuse to answer any of the rude reps. One young lady had the nerve to ask me why I didn't keep money in my account (That's when I really decided they would not get a dime out of me)
