when you don't answer they leave a message asking you to call back; when I did to try to get info they want you to press 1 to opt out but I don't trust it; they don't tell you what they are selling and you just get a beep after the message

Some calls were to promote special rates for electricity. Other Calls were devoid of anyone speaking.
