wants to lower my credit card rates. When I talked to a rep., I asked what bank they worked with, they said "many." During a call earlier than 3/29, I said I didn't need their services, they hung up, They always hang up before I can finish asking them not to call. I have no idea whether this could be a bank I actually deal with or not, they do not answer my questions. I am scared by their lack of response. I have not sought the services they say they provide. I am on the do not call list and have reported them several times before the last 3 calls.

the prerecorded message says to stay on the line for an amazing offer to lower my interest rate. They state they are the 'credit card company/bank' but never say who. I've stayed on to ask them to not call back, but they hang up before or as I ask them to remove me from their list, but they do the next day.
