Recorded message from "Anne with Account Services" claims my "credit account" is eligible for lower rates. Press '1' to speak with a rep. This time pressing '1' immediately got a rep on the line who identified himself as Jason. As soon as I began requesting DNC he hung up the phone.

I have not actually answered the phone for this call, but it still keeps happening every day, and as stated above, I am not the only one being harassed by this company. They do not leave voicemails.
