They clain they can lower the interest rates on your card. The recorded message says "hi my name is Ann from card services" They try to make it sound like it is from YOUR credit card but they have no clue what cards i have. Every since i told them not to call me, i get maybe 1 to 2 a day. This is harassment

Lower interest rates on your credit card. The entire scam is to get you to give them your credit card info so they can steal your money. I am disappointed that I've filed so many complaints against this exact same company and nobody is doing anything about it.
