Debit reduction with lower interest rates. Callers request my credit card information. Calls are being received weekly and they have been going on for many months. The only company name they use is 'Account Services' and they will not give a return tele number, address, or allow me to speak to a manager. They simply hang up when I request any information. I have tried to return calls to the number on my caller ID, but it answers with a 'full voicemail' box so you cannot leave any messages.

Both calls offered to lower my credit card debt and said it was the "final" offer I would receive.

The recorded message want me to lower my credit card intrest. One time I was able to speak with a person. When I asked to be removed he simply hung up.

They claim to be with my credit card company and they want to offer me a lower interest rate. When I talked to them, they confirmed they are not with my credit card.
