Offer from "card services" to lower my credit card rates. I hung up, having heard this scam so many times from different numbers. However, this time it was from a number I filed complaints about on 1/5/2012, your reference number 12-T00841239; on 4/3/12, ref. #12-T00911254; and 4/9/23. ref. #12-T00916228. I am so fed up with being harassed by these people, especially from this one Colorado number, that I filed a complaint with the Colorado Atty. General's Office. Tonight (4/13/2012) I had Verizon Wireless place a block on this number, which I'm told is good for 90 days.

Lower credit card interest rate (recorded message from "Ann at Cardholder Services")when recorded message was done, I pressed 1 to connect to a person, I asked for a call back number in case the call disconnected, the man who answered hung up on me without giving me a number
