Recorded msg- called to tell you this is the last time you will be offered an opportunity to reduce your credit card interest rate. Hit 1 for assistance. I hit 1. Then a gal comes on and asks if I have a lot of credit card debt. I tell her it is none of her business. I inform her that I have asked them to stop calling many times. I ask her for the company name. She tell me Account Services. I tell her that is not their company name. I ask her what their address is. She says it is in Orlando. I ask what the street address is. She says I can look it up on the web and she gives me an address, www.accountservices.com.
I tell her I will look it up now and she hangs up on me and it turns out to be an accountant in Seatle, Washington.
I get calls from this company all the time, 3 to 4 times a week. How do you make them stop?

I'm not sure what this means, but it's offering to lower my credit card interest rate. When I hit zero to tell them I have no credit card debt and to put me on the do not call list, they immediately hang up. I do not give out my cell phone number except to friends and family, I have no idea how they got it.
