According to the recorded message this was my "Final notice that I was prequalified to reduce my interest rates." I attempted to press 1 to connect and speak with somebody. They ultimately hung up and never spoke to me after their initial blurb.

THEY SAID THEY WANTED TO LOWER MY INTEREST RATE ON MY CREDIT CARD. I REQUESTED THAT THEY NOT CALL ME AGAIN ON PREVIOUS CALLS, TODAY HOWEVER, WHEN I ASKED AGAIN TO BE REMOVED FROM THEIR SYSTEM SHE PROCEEDED TO CALL ME A B**** AND INFORMED ME THAT SHE CAN CALL ME ANY F****** TIME SHE WANTS. I HAVE SEARCHED THE WEB FOR WAYS TO REPORT THIS AND NOW I'M SCARED! THIS LADY COULD HAVE MY ADDRESS TOO SINCE SHE SOMEHOW HAS MY CELL PHONE NUMBER THAT I REGISTER MONTHLY ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST. SOMEONE.....PLEASE, PLEASE STOP THIS COMPANY!

Credit card debt reduction service (checked online through google search). When you call the number back to ask to be removed from the list it goes straight to a voicemail and does not allow you to leave a message saying 'the mailbox is full'. They never answer a call back.
