Recorded message says "Hi, this is Anne from Account Services..." claiming that my "account" is eligible for a reduction in rates, press '1' to speak to a representative. I have tried this on all 5 calls received (3/29/20120 8:50am & 11:59am, 4/6/2012 8:01pm, 4/7/2012 10:02am, and today, 4/11 2:41pm). Only on the last call did pressing '1' get a rep on the line. The male first identified himself as "Anne", when I asked to confirm, he changed he name to "Eric". He would only provide "Account Services" as the company name. I explained my mobile number is already in national DNC, and requested specific company DNC during this call.
