The message is soliciting you to press 1 to obtain further information on improving your interest rates on your credit cards. After pressing 1 and speaking with a live person they hang up on you when you ask to be removed from their calling lists. You are also given the option to press 2 to be removed from their list. I have had these same people calling me from different numbers for over 3 years. If you press 2 they just call you back from a different number. They NEVER go away.
