Card Member Services, voice recorded beginning of call, indicated their company could lower my credit card percentage. I was then instructed to press "1" to talk to a "live person." I pressed "1" and spoke with "Ann." I asked Ann where she got my number and she stated it was from my account. I indicated I don't have an account with them or any credit card service. I again asked where she got my number and she refused to provide an answer. I informed her I was on the National Do Not Call Registry and enjoy paying a fine. I then hung up.
