Keep calling doesn't leave a message hangs up when you answer

Promoted a "lower interest rate" on my "credit card", please press one to continue. (I have one credit card in my name, and the company has me on their do not call list!) I pressed one and was connected to a live person, who hung up on me after I said, "I'm on the do not call list, I want to know how you got my number."

The recording from Account Services said the Federal Reserve just lowered interest rates as part of the stimulus program. I had to act quickly to get the new, lower rates by providing my name, social security number and bank information.
