Credit Card Services; stated I had no issues currently but that if I called, they could lower my interest rate. This happens several times a week.

Can't recall the exact wording of the call, but it indicates I must act quickly to lower my interest rate and to press 1 to speak to an agent. When I press one they ask if I pressed 1 to lower my rate. When I say I want them to put me on their Do Not Call list, every time I do that they immediately disconnect.
