Man with an Indian Accent, telling me i had a law suit against me. In response i told him "my attorney, which i have on retainer," was present and would like information regarding details as well as the address where he was located. He would not provide any information, is ignoring/blocking my calls, and will not return any of my messages so i can "resolve" this issue. I found this to be the best way to get rid of him

Also received call from this number, Mr. Anderson, threatening me. They would send police to my home and work to arrest me for fraud on a payday loan I never took out. Huge scam. Try to scare people into paying money they do not owe.
I too have received a call from this man with a heavy Indian accent. He had the last 4 digits of my SS#. He asked if I had a pen because he was going to give me a case number. I got mad and told him, if he was at a law firm he would know how to find me and to sent me what ever he has through the mail. I would see him in court, then I hung-up. I also told him to stop calling my job and home. This is really bad scam! I hope he doesn't get anyone to pay him money.
He told me he was from a company called Hopkins law firm and that I owed money on a loan from payday caah
Caller ID showed "Deckers, CO". The person onb the line had a thick accent, and represented himself as a Mr Anderson. He told me he was calling from Hobkins Law firm, and that I was being sued for financial fraud.
His general manner was a lot less than expected from any reputable law firm, and I told hiim so, at which point he became abusive and hung up.
Person called my employment. Stated his name is Mr. Anderson calling from Hopkins law Firm. He had an indian accent. He stated that he is trying to collect a debt for which I know nothing about! How do you stop people like this that think they can scam people..ugh
