someone foriegn that keeps calling me telling me they have filed law suits against me and they will be arressting me at my placeof employment

Threatened to sue me. Harrassing me and calling repeatedly every day also calling my place of employment. SOMEONE NEEDS TO STOP THIS SCAM!!!! We never went through with this "payday" loan because there was so much suspician that it was fraudulent. Were told to go to Western Union at a local bank and pay them $210 dollars before they would advance any money. It was all too suspicious. Even though we never went or followed through they are calling us and saying we took the money and never paid them back. they are identifying themselves as Law Officers, Police Officers Law Firms and asking if we have lawyers because according to them we "are gonna need one"....please help.

this number calls me about 30 times a day says he has business with me but he cant send me any papers for the matter of business. He is Iranian but his name is Neal Johnson

this number keeps calling and keeps asking for my ssn it sounds like a identity theft scam
