Very advanced robocaller . Almost wouldn't know. But I got suspicious.
Instead responding to being given correct pronunciation of my name..robo just said...we'll maybe you can help.
How can I believe on any thing he said?
He wanted a donation for police training (aren't they paid for that? ) and then added..sort of as an after- thought that they support the families of the fallen.
I said maybe if he would SEND info ...wanted me to commit to at least $15, in order to mail anything. He was hanging up as I was asking if he had my info. I may have broken him...he didn't know how to go backwards in the process!

So that's the fun!

The only way to fight this is to call out the US carriers who are complicit in these business practices. To find the actual company that called you is almost impossible, so people should go after the local provide and submit complaints to the company directly and FCC implicating the provider, not the caller.

These guys provide the phone service, wholesale it out to douchebags, and take no responsibility for compliance as they sit back and watch the fleecing of America.
It is 100% illegal. But Trying to submit a complaint with them is useless.

I think the best way to voice your opinion is to call management directly and tell them that they must be accountable as enablers of these bad business practices.

Also, when you submit your complaint to the FCC, list Onvoy as the caller.
