They are telemarketers who claim to be conducting a survey on enrgy efficiency of homes, but actually are trying to sell windows, siding, etc.

I received ta call from this number simultaneously on my home cell, work cell, and home number. No message left.

Got exactly the same as Rick about 45 minutes ago. Did a lookup and found coordinates:
39.7400,-104.9900
Google Earth puts that in the middle of Colfax Avenue near the Wellington Webb building.

Answered call from this number. Said hello twice, no response for 5 seconds, then a recorded sultry female voice said "Good bye" and disconnected. Strange.

I agree with The Dude...this is a bogus scam. Beware I have constantly gotten calls and requested they remove me from their list. They do attempt to redirect to a "web site". Be very aware this is a scam....

The caller, or whoever is behind it, is breaking the law. They are using a federal grant with a well crafted call script to sound like you qualify for a federal home energy efficiency audit. The real scam is they send you to another company called Energy Research Group which is a for profit company that sells and installs products such as: windows, siding, etc.

This is a massive scam on you, and on our Federal tax dollars. I will be contacting the AG today about this and possibly reporting the fraud to other agencies that track tax money abuse.

Keep getting calls from this number...comes across out of area but we are in the same area. Some fund raiser...call at least 2 times a day.
