She just called my business saying her name is Samantha Taylor. Would not say who she was with, just needed to speak to the owner and it was a confidential matter and needed to update her file. If she has a "confidential matter", she should know the owners name. I hate when these solicitors call and make the call sound as if it were an urgent matter. So frustrating.

Yep. Ditto. Has been blowing up our phone and refuses to speak to anyone but the owner of the company. Refused to take us off her call list, insisted it was an 'urgent matter about a recent update with our company as of Feb. 8" which there has not. Told her we were not interested in whatever it was. "When is a good time to talk to him?" I told her never, what is this about. Refused to provide details. She hung up on me. I called her back, asked politely how to be removed from her list. She "mam'ed" me. "Ma'm, there is no call list, I already took you off, I won't bother you again. I wish you the best of luck with your business" and she was snarky sounding. Yes, it was Samantha.
