Trying to sell a car

I was called from this number. No response when I answered. The was an automotive dealer responding to an internet request from Edmunds.com regarding a guaranteed price on a new vehicle. When I called the number back, they informed me who they were and why they had called. I explained the call I received with no response, and she claimed "they sometimes have technical difficulties". Definitely a flakey organization, but nothing illegal.
