Bogus collection company

He calls my home every Friday claiming to be Officer of Law & Investigation .He claims I got a payday loan for 300.00 I did not pay back and I can get put in jail for 3 months or do I want to face charges. He said he will make me lose my job. I told him to go ahead. He has used names like Mike Anderson and Mike Walters.I am getting sick of it. My attorney called him back then he got mad and hung up the phone in her face.

He has called me and harrassed me at work also. He claims that I owe money to a pay day loan which I never paid back to a loan officer. He tried to get me to give him my credit card information so that I could pay this debt back. He also claims that he is from the Dept of Justice.

Got a call from an "Officer" who then transfered me to an "Attorney". The claim that I borrowed to money from a Pay Day Loan company and never paid it back. He wanted know if I was going to pay the money or face charges. I told him his information was incorrect he started screaming and me so I told him good-bye and hung up the phone. He called back again, and I just let it to to my voicemail and he didn't leave a message.
