relentless! they call on weekends, holidays, early in the am until bedtime. i return their calls to make a pmt arrangement and still they call! this is one of many numbers used by them.

I HEAR YOU THEY CALL ON HOLIDAYS AS WELL MY PAYMENT DUE ON THE 15TH IT IS NOW TWO WEEKS LATE YES I AM GOING TO MAKE THE PAYMENT BUT I HAVE HAD AT LEAST 50 CALLS NIGHT DAY WEEKEND EARLY LATE IT DONT MATTER HSBC SOLD MY ACCOUNT I AM JUST TEN DAYS LATE HAVE NOT HAD A JOB SINCE NOVEMBER BEEN ON TIME TIL NOW THEY DONT CARE BE DONE WITH THEM VERY SOON.

I get calls from Santander or whoever this comapny is. My Payments are made, not directly on time. but within a 2 week period of when due. They call from many different numbers, day and nigt, Saturdays and sundays. I know when I have to make a payment, I do not have to have them calling me every half hour. I am sick of seeing their number show up on my phone. Who the heck is Santander an yway. Some out of the country financial instituition, taking our money to another country. Really nice for Citi-financial to sell to such a company.

Santander is from hell. They call relentlessly, upwards of six times a day, beginning in the early morning until late at night, on Sundays and holidays.

NEVER do business with them if you can possibly avoid it.

Caller ID appears as Design Works. I have a car loan with them and it is up to date. I originally was with Road Loans and the loan was bought by Santander. They repeatedly call asking for me to update my referance list. I've only got a year left on this loan too. Go figure. I've also told them each time they call that referances were provided with the loan was granted and that I would not provide them at this point.
