Why do they call and hang up?
Got a call from them at 6:59 pm. I didn't have my phone on me, so I missed it. They never left a message, and I never bothered calling them back. 303 is a Colorado area code, though, so I wouldn't trust anyone calling from this number who said they were from NJ (as the previous commenter said).
Google "Fight Gang Stalking".
Coming back to say that I got multiple calls from this number over the course of a few days. Mostly late in the evening. They never left a message. I called them back, and got a recording saying it is a call center in New Jersey that does market research studies. There was an option to opt out of receiving calls from them in the future.
No message left; returned call. It's a call center from NJ- to participate in research study. However 303 is a Colorado number. Blocked number.
