Wanted money for Police

Scam! Claims to be with some fallen-police-officer funding organization, asks for $15 donation or more. I have occasionally been getting these calls, from the same voice, for 3-4 years now. I am halfway convinced that the voice is actually computerized somehow. Every time I talk to this "person", their responses to my statements are always delayed by 3-4 seconds. When I tell the caller not to call me any more, there is no response, and I get called 2-3 more times that year.
