Recording saying that my ss# and bank account are being investigated.Gives a call back number that's in a different state.

The woman that called was Michelle Davis when I called back a man by the name of John Roberts picked up looking for someone else. Had info on the person and an account number but the wrong number. Obviously its a collection agency or something but they keep calling wanting to hear my side of the story after I told them the person that they were looking for wasn't me. Phone calls throughout the day really annoying.

303.848.4924 Same #, same person - Michelle Davis claiming (my) name (un-given), social, bank acc't under investigation. Several days later, another message stating my name (still not given) and the case is being dowloaded into my county. And another call today stating 'wanting to hear my side of the story. Totally bogus bulldrift!

same call from this bogus "michelle davis" getting harassed and threating however they have no paper work to send me they state its already been sent to an address I told them I haven't lived at in over 4 years any decent debt collector will send you information on debt against you! stop this scam they didn't even know what the fair debt collection act was any "investigator" or "debt collector" knows what the fdca is!!!

I got several voicemails from Michelle Davis same story but wants me to call back so they can get my side of the story.
