WellCare grievance department regarding prescription coverage issue

This IS Wellcare Insurance Company for Health and Prescription coverage. When I call the 800 number on my insurance card and ask for a call back (rather than wait), this is the number that appears in caller ID.

Very suspicious call, they were pretending to be a health insurance company and kept asking questions to get me to agree to things I never signed up for.

This caller was intercepted by our spam-blocking service as a spam call, but they pressed the correct number to bypass and put the call through. The caller claimed to be "Mae from Wellcare" calling for "Becky" (no one here by that name). She claimed to be from "my" insurance company, but I don't have insurance with Wellcare. I asked her to remove my number from their calling list and she was very argumentative. This is definitely a SCAM call.

They call and leave voicemails saying i owe money and it is very important that I return the call. She says she is the supervisor. Hard to understand her.
