Not necessarily, at all. Legitimate businesses use this service, including major hospitals and medical groups.

Oh, it is a VOIP call, Voice over internet call not even a real "business" telephone number

I just got a voicemail from 303-954-4916 saying he was Wakefield & Associates, debt collector, but i owe no debts at all, have superb credit rating, so i suspect it is an identity theft SCAM.
