I contacted Telemarketing Sales Group Sullivan Promotions 303-984-5525 and explained that I had spoken to the newspaper and there was not a possibility of a subscription and I was removed from their list today. I will post again if calls continue. The sales folks may be unable or unwilling to remove a number from the list.

well it's 2012 this number has been doing this since at leat 2007. looks like its been reported to the fcc a couple times, years ago. Good to seee this agency has teeth. Figure another way to ignore the number or block it because obviously they can do whatever they want rules or no rules. I'm just getting an app that block who I say to block.
