Agree it's a scam. Please report them to the Federal Trade Commission, as I did. Click on this link to the government's web site: https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
I received an unsolicited and unwanted call from 304-254-6123 with a canned message about lowering drug cost. Usually pressing "1" transfers to a human agent ready to take your money, pressing "2" claims to remove your telephone number from the "call list," and hanging up will place you on a recall list. "2" verifies the number belongs to an active sucker that may listen to a message; the current call list will shortly be trashed when a "new" calling project is started--with your confirmed number included!
My response to these calls is to immediately press "1" for an agent. When the agent starts their spiel, I say "Hold on, there is someone at the door," lay the phone down, and continue whatever I was doing. After a few minutes of THIER TIME BEING WASTED, the agent hangs up. Sometimes when the caller ID number is displayed I will call the number and see if I can waste more of their time for entertainment.
If everyone would do this, it might become unprofitable and cease.

Multiple calls from this number. I finally answered and connected by pressing "1". I asked for the name of the business and was told "All Care Senior Network". I then asked to speak to a supervisor. The woman I spoke to said that she needed to put me on hold for 10 minutes and promised she would get back to me and answer all of my questions. I told her I didn't have 10 minutes. We went back and forth like this a few times. Finally, I asked her if she knew that I was on the Do Not Call Registry. She said she would remove me from their call list. So I asked her again. And she acted very surprised to hear that I was already on the list. She said again that she would add me to their list and then disconnected. Total scam!
