I have reported this company to the FTC many times and so far nothing from them. Why did the government create the DNC and complaint site if they are not going to do anything about it?
I informed the person I was talking to after I pressed 9 that I was on the DNC and they start arguing with me. She tells me I am stupid and there is no DNC.
How many times do we have to get harassed before the FED does its job. Are be too busy bailing out banks and insurance companies?

CardHolder Services. This phishing scam calls my business line almost weekly. Every time I press 9 and ask to be placed on the do not call list, they hang up. Today I asked more questions - I talked to "Carolyn" in the "Qualification Dept". I asked what bank she was with and she said that she could handle Visa, Mastercard and Discovery. I aksed how she got my name and she said because "through a system due to my prompt payment history." I asked her to listen to me before she hung up - that if she didn't put me on their do not call list that I would report them to the Better Business Bureau. No luck. She hung up on me. I HATE these calls. I am going to raise stinking hell.
